These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services purchased from CV MONSTER W.L.L ("CV MONSTER", "we", "us") through this website. By placing an order, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.

2. Services
We provide marketing consulting and advertising management services as described on our Pricing page. The detailed scope of work is agreed with you at the kickoff meeting.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BHD). Any applicable VAT is added in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain and shown before payment. Payment is made in full in advance through Tap Payments. We do not receive or store your card details.
Each payment covers one month of service. Plans do not renew automatically; to continue, you purchase the next month or pay the invoice we send you.
4. Order confirmation and service start
After successful payment you will receive a confirmation. Within 2 business days, we will email you to schedule a kickoff meeting. The service period starts on the date of the kickoff meeting and runs for one month.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any account access or materials reasonably needed for us to perform the services. Advertising spend paid to advertising platforms is not included in our fees and is your responsibility. You are responsible for ensuring that your products and services comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
6. Results
We work to improve your marketing performance, but advertising results depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific results, such as sales, revenue or return on ad spend.
7. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Intellectual property
Once you have paid in full, deliverables created specifically for you (such as reports and ad creatives) may be used by you for your business. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates and know-how.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties will keep confidential any non-public information received from the other and will use it only to perform these Terms. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
